Tyler's growing up too quick!

Jerm has been letting him stand up with Paige on the coffee table. He gets so excited when we let him stand up. And, it's official...he's crawling! I turn around for one minute and he's already to the other side of the room!
Playing in the bath. Thankfully he doesn't seem to be bothered by the slight torturing!

Ho Ho Ho

Santa Claus is coming to town and I CAN'T WAIT! I am so stinkin excited about Christmas this year I could just pop! Paige is at such a fun age and is so giddy excited about Christmas and all that comes with it. Poor Thanksgiving...it seems to always get skipped over and even more this year for me! I've already bought Christmas decorations, Elf on the Shelf (super cute if you haven't heard of it), Santa's cookie plate and mug and Christmas trees for each of the kids rooms. We put the trees in their room last week. Paige got a pink tree with gold ornaments and Tyler got a green tree with red and green ornaments. Paige and I had a great time decorating the little trees!

Anyway, Friday night we went to Fashion Island for the tree lighting and sitting on Santa's lap. We had been talking about it all week and Paige was so excited. She's had this lingering cold and started coughing on Thursday so Friday we skipped preschool (really bummed because they had their Thanksgiving party on Friday) and made an appointment with the Doctor. She didn't have a temperature so the doctor said it was just a cold and she would be fine. So, off to Irvine we went. Well...about 30 minutes into the drive she starts whining "I want Mommy...I want Mommy" for about 10 minutes straight. We get there and meet Blake and Ashley and Paige is coughing a little but for the most part is in good spirits.

The amazing tree!

Well, the good spirits soon died and she spent the rest of the night like this...clung on to me. Poor Paige did not feel good. Look at those sad eyes. I know we probably should have just gone home but we drove all the way there and she still wanted to see Santa so we stood in line.
Yes, I am crazy for keeping my sick child in line for Santa...
Here's the picture! Pretty good picture for a sick little girl and a hungry and tired baby!
We missed getting a picture of the most precious moment ever but this kinda gives you an idea. Tyler was looking right into Santa's eyes while Santa was talking to him. So precious!
We got in the car to go home and Paige was burning up. We pulled over to get some Tylenol and called the Doctor to tell them she developed a fever and asked for some antibiotics. Thankfully the on-call Doctor wrote her a prescription and we picked it up on the way home. What an adventurous night it turned out to be! She's much better now thank goodness. She is still coughing and barely has a voice but her fever is gone and she seems to be feeling better. Gotta get this little girl well for Thanksgiving! If there is a good time to get sick, this is the time actually. It poured rain all day Saturday and Sunday and she doesn't have preschool this week so it's a good time to be at home getting well. Poor little kiddos! Tyler doesn't have it as bad as Paige but he did have a fever Saturday night and has been coughing too. They both seem to be getting better so I think they'll be fine by Thursday. Let's hope so!

My little entertainer

Paige is LOVING her Princess boom box. This little girl loves to dance!!! Whenever she hears music she dances. She has also been doing these funny little poses. Like holding a pose for 4 counts and then switching poses...maybe we've been watching a little too much America's Next Top Model?! The other day she was dancing for Tyler while he was finishing dinner. So fun...
I've been caught!

Paige's Preschool Bday Party

The Monday after Paige's birthday her preschool let me come in to celebrate. And, all of her grandparents were still in town so they joined me! She was so surprised. The class was out at the playground when we got there so when they came back into the classroom we were all there! We read her favorite book...Fancy Nancy...brought cookies that we made the night before and some baby pictures. I think Paige was still a little overwhelmed from the weekend because she doesn't look to excited in these pictures!

Paige is 3!

Princess Paige's costume ball was so much fun! I don't think I seen so many princesses in one place before!

Clare, Ava, Paige, Clara and Sophie
We gave tutu's and tiara's to the girls for their party favor and camo hats or construction worker hats to the boys. Tough little Tyler...in a pink polo no less! Jerm and Tyler wore pink polos to the party!
Happy Birthday Paigey Pooh! (love her fake smile)

Okay, okay...speed this song up so we can dig into that cake!
Blowing out the candles
Little Mama's boy ;)
Who gave the camera to my Dad?! This was supposed to be a family picture!

All the kiddos!
Face painting!
Shake your booty! Dance party was kicked off by the girls favorite California Gurls

Dancing to Brown Eyed Girl...how cute is that?! Thanks to Tootsie to adding this song to the playlist

Oh, you can't do a princess castle for me? Okay, a flower will do.
Too much partying wore this little bambino out!
The party was so much fun and all the family came back to our house after. Paige took a nap and then we opened all her presents. She got some awesome gifts! A Coach wristlet (yes, that's right...my 3 year old got a Coach purse thank you Sarah!), Barbie's and Barbie gear, jewelry, craft materials, dress up clothes, a personalized blinged out shirt that says "Princess Paige", an adorable Disney Princess backpack (complete with frilly ruffles), Princess boombox and more! We have the best friends and I'm so happy we live such a blessed life! Thanks to everyone who made it such a special and fun day!

Happy Birthday to you...

Thursday before Paige's birthday she got to open her present from Shereen because they couldn't make it to the party and it was the Melissa and Doug birthday cake set! We've been letting Tyler sit at her table with her (we are of course standing right there in case he tips over) and he LOVES it! So, they were having some birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday. A little practice for the weekend ;)
He loves playing with Paige!

Decisions, decisions...

For Paige's costume ball party, she wanted to wear a princess dress. All of hers are pretty worn so I asked my friend Shereen if we could borrow one of hers. Well, she brought me 4 so Paige should choose. Decisions, decisions! They are the official Disney store ones and are super nice. Paige has had so much fun playing in them all.

Preschool Pics

They had a photographer come to preschool to take pictures and I chose not to buy any but took pictures of my favorite ones.
She said the photographer didn't tell her to do this...who knows?!
