Giddy Up Pony

Last weekend was Landon's 1st Birthday party and they had pony rides! How fun is that?!

night we went to the first of 3 Mexican restaurants for the Mexican food showdown between us, The Rizk's and The McFarlands. At one of the many birthday parties they got in a debate over the best Mexican food restaurant is in San Diego. So, we decided to try all the favorites! We went to Ponce's in Kensington and it was delicious! 6 adults and 6 kiddos...phew! We went at 5pm so we didn't get thrown out and it actually went very well. We had a great dinner and then played outside at a nearby grass field. It was a lot of fun :)

Tyler really loves it when Jeromy plays the guitar so he's been playing more lately. There's nothing too exciting about this picture but I just thought it was cute of Jerm hanging with the kids!

Saturday Art Day

Right before Paige started preschool we made her a cork board to display all of her artwork. She had so much fun but I'm not sure if Paige, me or Jeromy had the most fun! We bought all the stuff and she helped me make it and then did a little of her own artwork with the supplies with Jeromy. We had so much fun!

Here's the finished product. It looks much better in person (of course I'm going to say that because this picture makes it look pretty lame!) but I can't take full creative credit. I had one similar to this when I was a little girl and that's what gave me the idea. She loves it!!!!

Paige has been having so much fun playing in the neighborhood lately. The other night one of our neighbors was giving away puppies! She let the kids play with and hold them. It was too cute!

The other morning we were in a hurry (surprise) so we decided to let the kids take a bath together. We've been putting Tyler's baby blow up bath next to Paige while she's in the big bath so this was officially the first time they took a bath together...too stinkin cute!

Last week it rained a few days so Paige just had to get all geared up for preschool. At the sight of one raindrop she is running upstairs to get all her rain gear. Funny we have all this stuff because it really never rains here! What a cute little preschooler :)
I had a preschool meeting the other night so Jerm watched the kids. He was letting Paige push Tyler in his car with a neighbors motorized vehicle! Oh the crazy things that happen when Mom's not around...

Birthday Party!

This past Sunday we had a birthday party for Matt (9/12), Jeromy (9/23), Wally Pop (9/26) and Pappy (10/4)! I think everyone had a great time. We ended up inviting all of the neighbors over so in the end we had close to 40 adults and probably 20 kids...ahh! It was a mad house but so much fun.

Playdate at PHR Pool

Since all the kids have started preschool we decided to have a Tuesday after naps playgroup! This is the first one we've made and it was so much fun. Here's Clare, Paige and Clara playing in the water. We always have so much fun at this pool!

Double Rainbow

Last night we went to Sarah's house for a playdate with Carson and Lulu and this is what we saw on the way home...a double rainbow! I haven't seen it but Jeromy is always showing people the double rainbow clip on utube. I'd link it but I don't know how to do that!
