TV Heads

Tyler really loves Yo Gabba Gabba! Sarah turned it on for a minute when we were over the other day so we turned it on Friday night and he was totally glued in! Paige hopped down right next to him and they were like zombies watching the show. She's kissing him here...looks a little like she's eating his arm...but she's not!
Must be something good!

Tyler's 7 month Pics

That's right...he's already 7 months! Time is flying now and we are having so much fun. He is such a precious little angel and brings so much joy to our family! He is such a happy baby and lights up when Paige is around. It's so cute to watch their relationship grow. Paige will come up and say "look at those cute little cheeks" or "I love you so much little Tyler Bug" or if he tips over while sitting she'll say "you okay buddy?". How precious is that ;)

And, here's my 35 month old! She wanted her picture and asked for me to make a sign too...ha!
Then she wanted some with the 2 of them. She loves holding his hand...he likes it some of the time!
Bahahahaha!!!

Pumpkin Patch...round 2

Paige only had preschool on Monday this week because of parent/teacher conferences. (Her's went great by the way...more to come on that in another post). SO, we took advantage of the free time and met some of her buddies at the pumpkin patch! Paige wore her new Silly Bandz and they make her look like a teenager! They are SUPER popular and Paige keeps seeing them when we are out and wants them so the other day she was being super sweet and listening really good so I bought them for her. She has had so much fun with them! She'll play with them forever and loves to wear them. Good purchase for $5 if you ask me! Here's the package she got for those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about. So funny why and how silly things like rubber bands become the hot thing...

Anyway, here is Miss Queen Bee talking about something while pulling the wagon. She looks like such a big kid to me!
Clare, Paige and Chloe

Paige was borderline terrified of this slide when we went on Monday and when we went on Wednesday, she hopped right on and slid down?!? Monday she went up the steps and freaked out at the top so I had to go up there and slide down with her. She had no problem with it the next time!
The girls loved these little rides??? I paid the 50 cents for this one and then told them it wasn't working anymore. Why in the world would they want to ride this silly little thing when there is a huge carousel with horses that go up and down right next to it?!? So funny!
I talked them into the real deal...much more fun if you ask me!

Paige and Chloe were looking at these games and the girl ended up giving them some balls to throw without charging us. Sneaky little cats!
Choo-choo! Oh, and just thought I'd mention that the jumpy slide she went down was about 1/3 of the huge ones you see in the background!
Group picture! Chole is over there hiding behind Brady and then it's Palmer, Clare, Paige and Tyler!

The twins are ONE!!!

Well, it's official! Matt and Reyna have made it out alive and sane after the first year with the twins. What an exciting day! Their birthday party is next weekend so we went up to their hood for dinner on their actual birthday. They are the cutest little kids and such little sweethearts. Paige has so much fun with them and I can't wait for little Tyler Bug to join in the fun soon. How cool they will grow up so close together! Matt and Reyna are such a good team and have handled each stage of life with these kiddos so well...they actually make it look easy but I know it can't be! Job well done ;) Can't wait for all the fun times yet to come!!

Pumpkin Patch Party!

We love the pumpkin patch! It's so fun because the kids just go until they can't go anymore and the Mom's get to hang out together kid free while they are on the rides...brilliant! Sarah organized a pumpkin patch playdate for all the kids and it was so much fun! She rented one of the tents and had some crafts set up and some snacks. Thanks Sarah!

Paige and the kiddos didn't take long to hit the rides. We got the unlimited rides package so they had a blast! These airplanes went so fast! All the kids...even the little guys...loved it though.
Choo-choo! I never get why the kids want to ride the train so bad. They are so excited and then they look so bored when going round and round...hmmm?!?
Hey Mom!
Paige and Cici! They haven't played much lately and had fun together. It's hard to get them together now with preschool...
Paige had a blast on this ride! Her and Clara were cracking up the whole time. Too cute!
Train time again!
I love you so much baby bro!
Muah!
Hanging in the tent doing some crafts

These were the best pictures I could get. I swear, when one is looking at the camera smiling, the other is in la la land!

Weekend in Ojai

Last Saturday we headed up to Ojai for the night. No particular reason...just wanted to head up for a quick visit! We went straight to Carrie and Tyler's house and hung out with them before everyone came over for dinner. Carrie made the best lasagna! She sent me the recipe so hopefully I can pull it off. It had tons of veggies, barely any pasta and she made it with cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese so it was pretty healthy. Anyway, Paige had SO much fun. She was running around like she owned the place and really liked playing with Paige (their cat...she thought that was pretty funny that the cat had the same name) and Drake, their dog. I know it doesn't look like she was having much fun by the looks of this picture but she was!

Saturday night we stayed in a hotel and that didn't go quite as smooth as planned! Neither one of the kids slept that great and Tyler got up at 5:30 am for the day. We were tired the next day but it was worth it. On the way home we stopped in Encinitas for Jerm to body board...he's been doing this while his foot continues to heal...and before he went out, he took Paige for a little ride! She LOVED it and thought she was the Queen of the waves!

Jeromy loves spending time with her at the beach...especially in the water!
Before we left for our pizza and beer dinner, they built a quick sand castle. Gotta love beach weather in October...ha!
