Happy Thanksgiving!

We went to Reyna's parents house in Palmdale, CA for Thanksgiving. We left Thursday afternoon and on the way, I reached in the back of the car to get something for Jeromy and Paige reached over and started rubbing my back and said "Whatcha doin Mommy?" That's the first time she's asked me a question like that! She's growing up so fast!

Before I share more about Thanksgiving Day I want to give some thanks! I have so much to be thankful for! I won't name them all but I read someone else's blog who listed the top five so I'm going to hop on that train. One...my loving, amazing, full of life, spirited, encouraging, giving, soul mate and best friend Jeromy. He is everything to me. Two...my adorable, cute, funny, smart daughter Paige. I love being her Mom and she brings so much joy to my life every day. Three...my loving, supportive, caring, giving family. My Mom, Dad, Kendyl, Clela, Todd, Matt, Reyna, Zoey, Hayden, all my grandparents are all such important people in my life and I feel so blessed to have them as my family. Four...my friends! I have such amazing friends here in San Diego and my longtime friends in Texas are such amazing people, each for their own reasons and I'm so blessed to have so many great people in my life. Five...God. He has blessed me so much and I am so thankful to have him in my life.

We got to Reyna's and hung out for a while before dinner. Jeromy and Paige went out to play for a while and they were picking flowers and pulling off the pedals one by one saying "he loves me, he loves me not" - how cute is that! Then Reyna's sister Tyra was letting Paige feed the dogs crackers...she had such a blast with that. We came inside because it got chilly and Paige was trying to feed the dogs through the glass door! We drove up to Clela's house after dinner to spend the night. Here's what I did that night and the whole next day...relaxed!Grammie got Paige a princess tea party set. Fun!

It's Okay Mommy!

No pictures for this but I thought it was so sweet. Today I was cleaning up and organizing Paige's playroom and she kept making messes so I pretended like I was crying and said "Paige you're going to make Mommy cry" - I kept thinking I was done and would turn around to a new mess! So, she dropped what she was doing to come over to give me a hug and said "It's okay Mommy!" She can be so sweet sometimes!

I cracked my phone so before getting a new one I actually remembered to get some of the cute pictures! This is Paige at Toy's R Us riding a princess bike. This is what gave Jeromy the idea to get her a bike...but it wasn't princess so she didn't like it!

We were in Texas and my Mom bought Paige some adorable clothes so Paige did a little fashion show for us. Here she is shaking her hips showing her birthday outfit!
Paige loves to go in my closet and put on my shoes...usually my leopard wedges...but this day she chose my pink uggs! They are half the length of her legs!!

We woke up Sunday morning and after some delicious pumpkin pancakes at Blake and Ashley's we were off to Disneyland! We'd been there about 5 minutes before seeing Mickey in his Christmas gear.

A Morning at the Beach

Today we went to Del Mar for a morning surf and walk. We had a great time as always...the weather is so nice right now...and afterwards we hung out in the parking lot for a while and Paige played with her new computer from Pearl. She has no idea what she is doing but has fun playing with it. Jerm was teaching him some of his computer skills :)

Christmas Tree Lighting & Slumber Party at Blake & Ashley's!

Blake and Ashley invited us to a Christmas Tree lighting...how fun! We watched the tree lighting, had dinner at CPK and then spent the night at their place. It worked out perfect because they live super close to Disneyland and I've been wanting Jeromy to go with us so we went on Sunday!

Saturday night we met at Fashion Island mall and Paige did a little shopping before Blake and Ashley got there.

They had dancers performing and Paige was totally into that. She was jumping on Jeromy's shoulders and got super excited when they showed Santa Claus.

After the tree lighting there were so many people so we waited to take a Christmas picture and had dinner at California Pizza Kitchen. This isn't the greatest picture but I thought it was cute. I can't believe how big she is getting!

I think this one is going to be our Christmas card picture. You can't see me or Jeromy very well but Paige just looks too cute! I'm going to have to come up with something clever to say...any suggestions?!?

After getting a cute family pic we got a picture with Santa! There was no one in line so I jumped at the opportunity just in case we don't make it back to see Santa. Paige was kinda scared of him and didn't want to sit in his lap. Maybe next year!
