Today was such a fun day! We met Kendyl, my cousin Casey and her friend down in PB at Broken Yolk for some breakfast. They headed home to get ready for the beach and we took a bike ride on the boardwalk and stopped for some ice cream. I thought I loved ice cream...but Paige is some tough competition! She saw that huge ice cream and started screaming "ice cream!"
We met the other gals at the beach and hung out for about an hour. Paige was having a great time playing in the sand and I was having a great time relaxing on the beach. Jerm was in the water teaching Casey how to surf. What a guy :)
Then we went to Kim and Rustin's house to watch some college football. He's a huge Georgia fan so we watched that game and then the OU game...can't believe they lost to BYU by the way! They have a bunch of friends in their neighborhood and all the guys got up at 3am to roast a pig! The gang was hanging out at a neighbors house but me and Kim stayed at her house because the kiddos were napping. The guys were kinda back and forth. Paige and Sienna played so well with each other. Paige was playing on her tricycle and took a tumble and got a bloody, fat lip! I think we were all more worried about it than her because she kinda cried and then was over it but we gave her a popsicle to help with the swelling. Aren't they 2 of the cutest girls you've ever seen?!?
